Inspur and StorTrec signed Pan-European Support & Service Agreement
Inspur Group, one of the top 5 server vendors in the world, and StorTrec AG leading European Technical support provider, have signed a Pan-European Service agreement. The scope of cooperation between the two organizations is to implement and maintain highest quality technical support and service for Inspur’s server products in Germany, UK, and other European Countries.
StorTrec will provide for Inspur servers customers technical support and service via phone and email, remote response diagnostics, onsite service to spare parts supply. The service is already fully operational, available 24/7 and ready for customers.
To achieve that the technical team from StorTrec has gone through an extensive training curriculum with Inspur service staff and has now obtained the qualification and certification to provide professional technical support for Inspur’s server products.
In a signing ceremony at StorTrec’s headquarters in Niedernberg, Germany, John Zhang, General Manager of European Division said: “Inspur is present in over 100 countries across the world and now we are planning to expand our presence in Europe. As part of this, Inspur recently has established a dedicated European HQ in Frankfurt, Germany, and a team of sales executives. The new partnership with StorTrec is an important milestone to provide our European customers with the technical expertise for qualified support and service of our products. We are looking very much forward to a long-standing relationship with StorTrec”.
During the same event Mr. Ron May from StorTrec AG added: “The new service agreement will be very beneficial to Inspur`s customers not only because of the high quality of Inspur products, but also the expert level of service and support. This combination will be the driving force for a long standing and successful relationship”
